Privacy policy
We collect as little as we can. This page explains what happens when you browse here and when you click through to Fair Go.
Updated .
What we collect
Nothing directly. This site is a set of static pages. We don't set cookies, run analytics or advertising trackers, or ask you to sign in or fill in a form. The copy buttons, and the claim buttons that sit next to a code, put that code on your clipboard; that happens in your browser and nothing is sent to us.
When you click an affiliate link
Buttons and tiles that open Fair Go go through a tracking address at link.totalaffiliates.com. That service records the click, and may set cookies, so a sign-up can be credited to us. It happens on their servers under their privacy policy, and Fair Go handles anything you enter once you reach its site under Fair Go's own policy. We may receive reports about referred sign-ups, but not your name, contact details or payment details.
Hosting and server logs
Like any website, these pages are served by a hosting provider, which may automatically log technical details such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested, for security and to keep the service running. We don't use those logs to identify or profile visitors.
Fonts
Our typefaces load from Google Fonts. When your browser requests them, Google receives your IP address and browser details, as it would on any site using that service.
If you email us
If you write to hello@fairgocasino.co.nz, we use your message and address only to reply and, where relevant, to correct the site. We don't add you to a mailing list or pass your details on, and we delete correspondence once it's no longer needed.
Your rights
Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask to see or correct personal information we hold about you. Contact us at the address above. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
